Client Details
The job responsibilities are:
- One of the main responsibilities for the role is to lead a team including (DLO'S) using forward thinking, planning organisation and motivation in order to reach the goals of the organisation.
- In addition to this the successful applicant will be managing the risk levels through ensuring that the properties and residents are safe.
- The successful applicant will be highly resident focused dealing with any issues that arise when taking ownership of projects ensuring there is complete customer satisfaction.
- Another responsibility for this is to accurately input data into the system used to ensure a true reflection upon audits.
- The job responsibilities include being able to manage complex buildings and being able to resolve the issues with the defects.

- Have strong communication skills when communicating clearly with the residents with the works that need to be carried out.
- The successful applicant will need strong leadership skills when taking ownership of the projects in place to ensure high quality.
- Have a strong desire to meet KPI's when regarding budgets with a high level of attention of minimising cost and maximising efficiency.
- A strong technical knowledge of various buildings in order to be able to identify the building defects and the works that needs to be done to resolve the issues.
