Working for an International consultancy that is now expanding its UK operations into the Energy sector covering Renewables and Power generation.

Location: – London / Birmingham / Leeds

Salary: – 100,000 – 120,000 basic + Bonus + Car or Allowance + Package

Role:

The Resolute Group are working exclusively with an International consultancy that is targeting the UK Energy sector as one for growth across 2023. With existing Energy projects successfully deliver across the world, they have the portfolio, now they need the lead figure to establish them in the UK.

This role is to support the MD in creating and delivering the UK strategy, looking at the short/medium and long–term plans and where the business needs to focus its immediate efforts. With core disciplines across the Infrastructure sectors, Rail, Road, Water, Ports / Marines and Environmental covering Digital, Design, Cost and Programme Management.

The world is speeding up its energy transition to cleaner fuels, including Hydrogen, Carbon Capture & Storage, Tidal, Hydroelectric and Gas to Power/LNG. As such this consultancy is looking for a leader to head up this division, with contacts in some or all areas allowing them the opportunity to bid and grow there market presence.

The role involves a significant level of client liaison and relationship management. Developing new relationships for the business, maturing relationships into commercial opportunities. Then involved with the bid process to secure the project and successfully deliver it. Once the first projects are secured you will be expected to grow and develop a team under you. Bring in resources to both win and deliver the projects you're targeting as this will depend on the opportunities you can bring to the business.

This is a hybrid role working 2–3 days in the office and 2–3 days from home so you need to be located in a commutable distance from the office. London is the HQ but as long as you can work in a regional office then this is not a deal breaker.

Qualifications & Experience required:

• Degree qualified – Ideally in an Engineering discipline.
• Experience – You have to be working in the Energy space to have the knowledge and abilities to develop a business in this area.
