Our client are recruiting for a project manager. Managing the order, delivery and installation of a large portfolio of end of line packaging solutions across multiple industries. You will engage with multiple stakeholders including the end customer, internal teams, suppliers and local senior management, with a key emphasis on delivering a fantastic customer experience from first enquiry to post installation.
Monday–Friday (9:00–5:00)
Hybrid Working after training
40,000 per annum
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain appropriate project management processes, tools and documentation to enable high quality, consistent outcomes
- Identify and implement improvement opportunities across the machine sales process
- Successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, with appropriate workload planning and prioritisation
- Project risk management including proactive contingency planning and issue resolution to meet milestones
- Measure and monitor project performance, using appropriate tools and techniques
- Timely and professional customer communication, focussed on quality of service and customer satisfaction
- Ability to understand and process complex technical information
- Periodic status reporting to management with escalation as and when needed. This will include summary status reporting along with leading a regular review meeting with relevant stakeholders

Skills:
- Holds a professional level of project management accreditation (Essential)
- Working knowledge of project management software tools (Essential)
- Experienced in all aspects of project management with the ability to plan and organise with great accuracy (Essential)
- Strong communication skills (Essential)
- Experience of working in a busy, technical sales environment
- Ability to solve problems quickly and positively
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to use own initiative
- Calm and able to work under pressure
- Ability to explain matters in a clear and easily understood style
- Confident when dealing with customers at all levels in business
