My client a hugely successful IFA Firm based in the Cambridge area is actively looking to recruit an Employed Potential TRAINEE FINANICAL ADVISOR to join their hugely successful Team.

The individual would be a paraplanner looking to make a developing step into advising or managerial with the Diploma. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly driven successful Trainee Financial Advisor in the Cambridge area. This is an amazing fantastic opportunity also for a skilled Advisor on the Financial Planning side who can step into this role.

The company is very well established and the Any professional experience will be considered within the industry, but relevant candidates will have achieved part or full qualification e.g. Diploma in Financial Planning, CISI or other relevant professional body. You should be able to clearly demonstrate successful career progression and relevant experience in your chosen role.

Supporting a client bank within an IFA firm will be excellent along with developing new clients.

To be considered:–

Minimum Diploma in Financial Planning

Chartered Financial Planning skills would be excellent

Previously supported a Financial Planning Client bank

The client is also potentially looking for the following:–

CHARTERED ADVISOR:_

This individual will be a Chartered Financial Planner or Chartered Wealth Manager with five or more years experience of winning and managing significant sized private clients.

This individual will have experience of leading teams of younger, less experienced staff ranging from new grads upwards to other Chartered colleagues.

OR –

A SENIOR FINANCIAL DIRECTOR.

This individual will have several years of City experience in fund distribution.

Probably will have financial qualifications like CISI, CII or CFA.

Proven relationships with family offices and large private clients.
