Head of Billing and Collections

I am currently working with a market leading client in Software who are looking to appoint a Head of Billings and Collections to head up their Billings team. The role will be flexible on working arrangements Hybrid or Remote.

You will be responsible for owning the billings function and your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Full ownership of the billing process, ensuring timely and accurate completion;

• Responsible for creating a standardised process which can be used across the business

• Management of a current team of 10, which is expected to increase.

• Full responsibility of the billing queries, including calculation of early termination charges;

• Work with Customer Support and Sales to ensure processes are followed and provide training as required.

• High volume business that deals in European and Global markets

• Experience of managing teams internationally
