Calling all HRBP's looking for a new challenge!

I am working in partnership with an NHS Trust based in Merseyside who are seeking to recruit a Strategic HR Business Partner on an interim basis. The role is full–time and adopts a hybrid structure and has a daily umbrella rate of GBP260 Inside IR35.

Overview of the role

As HRBP you will work closely within Divisions and with operational management, supporting the achievement of business goals through the optimisation of workforce capacity and capability by:

• Developing and implementing systems and processes that address strategic workforce issues.
• Working in partnership with the leadership teams to provide a professional customer focused HR advice, coaching and solutions that support the business in the identification and management of workforce issues and major change programmes.
• Developing workforce plans that support the local, organisational and national strategy and agenda Supporting the development, integration and implementation of HR & OD Strategies, policies and procedures.
• Within designated area of responsibility drive the continuous modernisation, productivity and efficiency agenda

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• HR experience showing continuous professional development
• Experience of working and negotiating with Trade Unions
• Must have a broad range of ER experience including ET, TUPE and large organisational change.
• Graduate Member of CIPD level 7 or working towards
