Corporate Solicitor

A leading law firm are looking to grow their highly regarded corporate team in Cheltenham. Working for this team, you will gain exposure to the highest calibre work in the area, alongside experiencing scenic views and a countryside lifestyle. This firm are known to focus on their employees training and development; you will receive top-class training working for this firm. In return, they are looking for an experienced and personable solicitor who has a strong interest in building long-lasting relationships with their clients.

The successful candidate will be working on the full spectrum of corporate matters including mergers & acquisitions, private equity investment, capital markets, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations. You will also be advising clients from a range of sectors including the technology and retail sectors.

The successful candidate will be expected to:

• Be a qualified solicitor from 0 - 5 PQE
• Have relevant experience in corporate law gained from a regional, national or international law firm.
• Be a team player.
• Be client facing.
