LHH Recruitment Solutions are currently partnering with a market leading manufacturer, who are well reputed for their positive working environment, career progression and flexibility.

An opportunity has arisen for a skilled and proven leader within their busy finance office to join the organisation as a Consolidation manager, overseeing a team of 8+ who will manage and coordinate the month and quarter end closing processes for a range of legal entities across the International region. Alongside this, the successful candidate will play an integral role for the coordination of monthly and quarterly submissions of the Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash flow to US Corporate headquarters

Role: Group Finance Manager

Salary Banding: 70,000 – 80,000

Perks: 10% Bonus Annual Bonus, BUPA Healthcare Cover and also will match & your pension contribution (capped at 5%)

Location: Kenilworth (CV8)

Hybrid: Yes, 3 Days WFH

Duties:

  • Review & issue the cashflow, preliminary sales reports and draft actual reports for the international region.
  • Responsibility for co–ordinating the loads into onestream for the international region.
  • Ensure adherence to SOX controls for the monthly close process.
  • Building a positive relationship with the consolidation team that fosters collaboration and co–ordination
  • Provide key analysis & reviews for reporting packs, to ensure valuable information is presented to the business in a timely manner
  • Responsibility for ongoing peer review of balance sheet reconciliation.
  • Liaise with business to understand their reporting requirements, ensuring relevant information is included in the issued reports and aim to improve the process.
  • Responsible for coordinating all International region quarterly reports to Corporate headquarters.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Good knowledge of consolidation account reporting, and the month end close process. US GAAP and SOX knowledge would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of Onestream and SAP would be advantageous
  • Excellent people management skills are required to liaise with other finance and non–finance teams in both the International and other regional locations regarding base loads, consolidation requirements etc.
  • Experience of continuous improvement to processes
  • A relevant professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
