Our client a global organisation, is offering a great career opportunity for a Head of Inclusion and Diversity, Programmes and Practices to join them on a hybrid, permanent basis. This role, Head of Inclusion and Diversity, is to shape and define the vision, ambition, and strategy for Inclusion & Diversity globally with stretching external and internal goals and measures to ensure this is realised.
Accountabilities
- Plays an active leadership role in maintaining the global leadership position in I&D – specifically going beyond gender and ethnicity to identify opportunities and programmes/practices to significantly progress our agendas focused on people with disabilities, LGBTQIA+, intergenerational and social background
- Works in partnership with markets to ensure every market/global function has a stretching and measurable 3–5 year I&D plan – providing best practice, coaching and support in strategy and planning implementation – while building greater local capability
- Communicates and engages the business, across all elements of I&D progress framework, and inclusion, highlighting progress and future opportunities, through a regular rhythm and drum beat of activity – with a specific focus moments that matter and are recognised
- Partners with marketing, CR and procurement to join up all elements of our I&D ambitions, in line with our broader agenda
- Works, together with the I&D specialist to unlock greater capacity, interdependencies and leadership of our employee and business resource groups around the world
Market and Complexity
The role partners with senior HR stakeholders across multiple markets and geographies.
The role holder requires experience in leading and engaging on global programmes and can influence and align across the business.
Qualifications and Experience Required
- Proven ability in shaping global strategies
- Delivering cultural and systemic interventions to transform culture, talent and organisations.
- Driven culture change and leading inclusion and diversity within teams/organisations.
