HR Director

The Role

SF Executive are working with a Manchester based, high growth, technology solutions business in search for a dynamic HR Director to join their SLT and oversee all functions of HR within the business.

Reporting to the CEO, you will provide day to day support and assistance with professional development to ensure the smooth running of the team as the business enters their next exciting phase of growth.

The Person

The successful candidate will be a versatile, diverse HR generalist who has a proven track record of leading and delivering all aspects of HR and Training and Development programs with dedication and passion, whilst keeping abreast with changes in employment legislation.

You will have:

• Extensive experience of leading and growing HR functions and delivering to a high standard
• The ability to originate and lead organisational strategies in HR
• Experience in developing HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance
• Ability to prepare, plan and direct the development and maintenance of training
• programmes for all levels of staff
• Knowledge and experience of introducing new ideas to improve employee engagement
• Ability to write and deliver creative, imaginative presentations to colleagues at all levels
• Experience in talent management, succession planning and development, writing and delivering training programmes appropriate to the needs of employees and the business
• Up to date knowledge of employment law
• A CIPD qualification or equivalent occupational experience
• Background of working within a technology solution environment would be desirable
• Experience of implanting a performance management framework across multiple disciplines
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills

This full–time opportunity is offering a base salary up to GBP80,000 plus benefits.
