We are delighted to be supporting a high profile employer in the Cambridge area in recruiting to the role of Deputy Finance Manager. Working within a high calibre and well established finance team, the Deputy Finance Manager will lead on the management and development of newly budgets, policies and processes on behalf of the Finance Manager, Financial Planning and Performance.
They will provide strategic input to the annual financial planning round and crucial input into the development of financial procedures and regulations required will embed new processes and planning tools, and then manage these new tools on an ongoing basis, as financial planning transitions from one approach to another. This role is key to achieving the goal of financial transparency, broadly described as an "Activity Based Costing" approach, and supporting the next generation of financial planning.
The ideal candidate will be CCAB Qualified and have proven experience of working within a fast moving and evolving environment. In return, you will be offered a competitive salary and benefits package with attractive annual leave and pension scheme. Agile and hybrid working will be available and it is expected that you will attend their offices in Cambridge 2 days per week. An outstanding opportunity.
