Business Analyst
Location – Chertsey
Salary – GBP Competitive day rate and bonus scheme
Hours – Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm
Duration Ongoing contract

Summary of a Business Analyst
A fantastic opportunity to work within a team that provides support to internal partners and drives the localisation of the global sales and marketing strategy.

As a Business Analyst you will be expected to support the team in commercial and product marketing with decision making, refining internal processes and improving information sharing with the subsidiaries.

Responsibilities of a Business Analyst
• Manage the weekly/monthly reporting process
• Collaborate closely with PM team to investigate market trend and competition
• Support the team with weekly/monthly reporting of critical data
• Streamline internal reporting systems and processes
• Deep dive into the business data and reports to identify trends and opportunities to support sell out performance
• Support the Business Intelligence, Product, and Commercial teams with fresh business performance and market insights to facilitate short–term tactical, and mid–term strategic decision making
• Compile business strategy documents and work across team functions to highlight risk and opportunity scenarios

Key competencies of a Business Analyst
• Fluency in Korean language (written and verbal) is crucial
• Ensure data produced by internal and external functions has commercial context and is timely and accurate
• Highly numerate with excellent analytical skills
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint are crucial
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Thorough in process and passionate about accuracy with a desire to make continuous improvement
• Self–motivated with the ability to work independently and quickly adapt to changing priorities and processes
