This market-leading health-sector firm seeks an ambitious employment advocate to join their expanding and very busy team. The department covers the full range of employment law issues, from board level to generalist HR practitioner, and has a reputation for handling the most sensitive and high-profile employment law cases. The team handles hundreds of Employment Tribunal claims each year and are looking for an experienced Employment Tribunal Advocate to represent Respondent clients at Employment Tribunal hearings, from preliminary case management hearings through to complex, multi-day final hearings. You will have good client handling skills, technical employment law knowledge with considerable advocacy expertise.
