Our client is a well–established Refurbishment and Construction company who typically look after projects up to the value of 10million
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager for a national contractor in Tilbury, Essex. The role will involve managing the extension and refurbishment to a large warehouse and distribution facility.
Experience working on large manufacturing or distribution type of construction / refurbishment is essential and must be illustrated in your CV.
The assignment is to start ASAP and is expected to run for 6 months
You must possess:
- SMSTS
- 3–day 1st Aid
- CSCS card
The rate of pay is a competitive daily rate and will include subsistence allowance if you are from out of the area.
