I am working alongside a local authority that has undergone a major change process in recent times, transforming its frontline customer–focused services to deliver a more joined–up Cohesive service.
Role
They are looking for an M&E Project Manager, who will lead a major works M&E scheme.
- Have a vast understanding of Mechanical and electrical works, carried out on residential and communal properties
- Overseeing Emergency lighting, Dry rises, access panels, and smoke detectors.
- Manage contractors to time and budget, giving progression reports to the line manager.
If you are motivated, by taking a complex program from inception to completion, this is the role for you.
You will hold your head high at the end of a work day, knowing you re making a difference to the Council and the residents.
