Your new role

As an Audit Manager based in the firm's Bristol offices, you will join at a critical juncture in the firm's development, with real potential to play a genuinely pivotal and influential role in the development, direction, and growth of the firm's audit and assurance service offering, for reasons that can be discussed confidentially during the application process. This distinguishes this position, firm, and opportunity as a rare and rather unique opportunity to forge a career inside an exciting growth-oriented firm and function. You'll manage, deliver, and provide audit services to clients in a variety of industries, including aerospace and defence, sports-related clients, landed estates, FMCG, media, legal and other professional services organisations, and not-for-profit/charity sector clients, to name a few. You will manage, develop, and grow the audit and accounts team, as well as collaborate with the wider accounts/tax advisory/business services and wider advisory teams on delivering wider project work. There is a clear advancement route available, and you will advance in your profession.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be ACA/ACCA qualified, or equivalent, with a career background and strength in audit/accounts established within an accountancy practice firm setting spanning from any of the Top 4/ 10/ Mid Tier or regional independent firms. You'll have progressed to about the Audit Manager level and be looking to advance your career within a firm and role where you can see a genuine unambiguous progression and development path on offer.
