Head of Global Marketing Communications Manager (FTC)

We are looking for an experienced Head of Global Marketing Communications Manager to direct and shape the company's global marketing communications operation on a Fixed–Term Contract basis (7 to 12 months). You will do so by building a strong company brand with market share growth and high quality lead generation.

Head of Global Marketing Communications Manager R esponsibilities:

As the Head of Global Marketing Communications Manager, you will be responsible for;

• Overseeing the delivery of the global marketing communication strategy
• Providing support to the marcom team, ensuring resource is supporting business growth.
• Managing global marketing budget and optimising ROI.
• Driving performance through data monitoring, analysis and prompt action.
• Overseeing the company's drive into data–driven marketing through key digitalisation development projects
• Working closely with parent company on joint initiatives.
• Supporting business with ad–hoc corporate communication and reputation protection as required.

Head of Global Marketing Communications Manager Experience

The successful candidate will be able to clearly demonstrate previous experience in a similar role and have a minimum of 8 years' experience in an international marketing role, alongside line management experience. Additionally, a strong understanding of CRM systems, database marketing and B2B acquisition marketing or demand generation are highly essential. A strategic marketing role, you will be results driven, analytical, and have a strong understanding of the latest digital marketing practice. Naturally, you will be a highly organised individual, with advanced levels of communicating, and someone who is approachable with excellent motivation and developing skills to the diverse team.

Location

Our client is based in Abingdon. There is free onsite parking available. This is a hybrid working role, with 2–3 days based in the office.

The ideal candidate will have a valid driving licence, as there may be occasional travel required.
