Senior Project Manager

Corrie Recruitment is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery on a GBP80m new education campus project near Perth.

As a Senior Project Manager you will work closely with the Project Quantity Surveyor, providing the necessary input to allow the Quantity Surveyor to report on the current and projected financial status of the project.

Helping develop the projects main logic of works programme, ensuring that no work commences on site until health and safety policy and the relevant construction phase plan is in place.

The Senior Project Manager will provide leadership and support to all employees, managing labour/sub–contractors and maintain high productivity.

The successful candidate will have a Degree or equivalent in Construction or Civil Engineering as well as being CSCS and SMSTS qualified
