Age UK Ealing is looking to recruit a Director of Operations. This is a leadership role with responsibilities for strategic management and operational oversight for Age UK Ealing services. Post pandemic, this is an exciting time to join us. The Director of Operations will be responsible for the development of new services, growth and improvement of existing services and will deputise for the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Age UK Ealing has experienced, motivated, committed, passionate and diverse staff team, volunteers and Board of Trustees. We are seeking a strategic individual, with strong leadership and management skills, excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, and the ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. This individual will have good understanding of the key issues affecting older people and be familiar with the challenges and opportunities of the funding, commissioning, and income generation environment.
