A local authority is offering an Asset Manager a temporary contract lasting 6 months with a likely extension.
You will be managing projects, asset management activities, such as acquisitions and disposal of spaces, identifying opportunities increasing value.
You will be required in the office once a week and the rest will be done from the comfort of your own home.
