Role Summary

Working with Agile development teams in facilitating and being jointly accountable for, the delivery of highly valuable and quality digital and physical products with 4 key focuses:

• Team dynamics & environment - optimise cross-functional teams & skilled individuals to deliver best quality software and hardware that furthers company goals
• Agile tools & techniques - making sure teams are getting the best out of being agile. Learning new tools, knowing when to use them and know about current trends
• Servant leadership - coaching, diplomacy, leadership, communication and facilitation
• Value Delivery - ensure the team is flowing the highest value of work through the system; from inception to go-live

Skills/Knowledge

• Degree level qualification, ideally in a technical field.
• Deep understanding of Agile and Lean working practices and demonstrable experience deploying it in the wild, eg ceremonies, release planning, estimation, predictability
• Demonstrable experience of hardware and software development practices & life cycle
• Experience of coaching and mentoring
• Demonstrable experience of learning from failure.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Able to communicate effectively with people of all skill levels
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps or Jira
