Are you a recent graduate looking for a chance to gain commercial experience within a large organisation working as a Business Analyst? If so, ea Change offers a Business Analyst Graduate Programme that offers you the chance to work as an ea Change Consultant onsite as a Business Analyst with one of our leading Financial Services clients.

You will be placed in the Change team under the guidance of a Senior Business Analyst, tasked with gathering Business requirements, leading workshops, and steering groups, and working with the team to achieve the goals of the project. Each client has their own unique projects ranging from improving their day–to–day processes to new mobile applications.

Requirements

2:1 (or expected) in your degree,

Good communication skills,

Ability to work diligently and take on responsibility,

Enthusiasm for continuous personal improvement,

A clean driving license and a willingness to drive to client's site when necessary.

Start dates

February 2023.

Starting salary

25,000 (annual salary reviews).
