Job description - the role

Our client, a major UK retail bank, provides every day banking services to over 17 million retail customers. The banks expertise and services span across Business Services, Corporate banking, Wealth Management, Group Functions, Retail and Investment Banking.

On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a Journey Developer/BA for a +/- 10-month contract based in a hybrid mortality between remote and London Bishops Gate.

Purpose of the Role:

We are looking for 2 Journey Developer to fill the following functions within the business:

• Journey Developer/BA role, focused on managing and improving our Credit Card journeys to keep our customers 'Safe & secure'.
• Journey Developer role, looking at improving customer journeys from a Reward and Travel Credit Card perspective and developing new propositions.

As a Journey Developer you will be responsible for:

• Discovery phase at the moment which will include reviewing customer research, pulling together decks on recommendations, working with third parties on the contracts and NDAs, scoping out what we need to do then sketching out the journey.

What we require from the candidate:

• Financial services experience - Essential.
• Experience in in Credit Card journeys or loyalty schemes - Essential.
• Real customer focus, including knowledge of competitors' digital journeys and loyalty schemes.
• Experience in working with third parties, including communicating requirements across organizations and onboarding.
• End-to-end project delivery and product management experience, including governance and stakeholder management.
• Understanding of management information, interpreting and prioritizing focus areas to deliver improvements.
• Ability to identify and manage risks and issues effectively.
