Public Procurement Lawyer

An award–winning Tier 1 UK firm are looking for a public procurement lawyer to join their EU and Competition team in Edinburgh.

The Public Procurement Lawyer's Role

The successful Public Procurement Lawyer will advise a mixture of private and public sector clients on a range of matters including subsidy control and state aid, procurement, and trade practice issues.

The Public Procurement team have worked on a range of complex cases from a range of industries and matters including the Covid vaccination programme, transport and infrastructure, energy, Brexit and trade agreements.

The Public Procurement Lawyer will work closely with colleagues in the wider procurement team across offices in the UK and Germany.

The Public Procurement Lawyer

• Experience in UK and EU procurement matters
• Strong technical capability
• Experience in contentious matters
• Commercially aware
• Excellent communication
