Employment Senior Associate/Partner

An award-wining Law Firm based in Kent, is looking for a Partner to join their well-established, and collaborative Employment team on a hybrid basis.

The Employment Partner role consists of working with their client base of multi-national companies, public sector organisations, SMEs, healthcare providers, schools, colleges, charities and some individuals, and to work in collaboration with our HR consultants, working in their out-sourced HR consultancy practice.

Essential skills:

- Ideally 5 years' experience

- Ability to work as part of a close-knit team, working collaboratively.

- An interest in clients and wanting to get to know them and their businesses.

- Ability to support in the development of the more junior colleagues in the team.

- Maintaining work-life balance within the team by ensuring a fast turnaround of work and high standards are kept.
