Real Estate Senior Associate/Legal Director - Leading firm - Leamington Spa - 5+ PQE

A leading regional law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Development lawyer at the Senior Associate (5+ PQE) or Legal Director level (8-10+ PQE) to join its growing property team working on a broad range of real estate matters to include asset management, commercial and residential residential development, real estate finance and corporate support. This is a friendly firm that can offer a good work/life balance and plenty of flexibility in how and where you work.

The Role

As a Real Estate lawyer in this team, you would:

· Acts for a broad range of clients from investors and occupiers through to landowners, private sector property developers, housebuilders and social housing providers on all aspects of more mainstream real estate matters or depending on skill set housing/residential development work including strategic development schemes.
· Be involved in marketing and business development events and activities.
· Mentor and develop junior team members.

Candidate Requirements

The successful Real Estate Senior Associate/Legal Director will have:

· Solid real estate development experience whether from a large national/international firm or a regional or smaller firm with a solid real estate practice.
· Good technical, drafting and negotiation skills.
· Strong ties to the Midlands/Warwickshire.
