Our client is a fast growing global services business, seeking a fluent Spanish speaking Commercial Lawyer to take the lead on projects in one of its key markets - South America.
Reporting the General Counsel, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the business and undertake a varied role, where you will be tasked with:
· Leading on the drafting, negotiating of b2b commercial contracts in Spanish and English i. supplier & customer contracts;
· Management of Spanish speaking stakeholders;
· Supporting on bids and tenders;
· Supporting on Corporate M&A projects; and
· Advising on compliance matters and other ad hoc legal matters
This opportunity is suited to a lawyer who can speak fluent Spanish and is competent with Spanish contract drafting. Ideally you will have built up commercial contracting skills but applications from Spanish speaking lawyers that have gained experience in another area of law are also welcomed.
The package includes the base salary, discretionary bonus, car allowance and pension, plus other add ons.
Some office contact is expected in the West Midlands office but the business is flexible on hybrid working.
