Are you an experienced property lawyer interested in a highly varied commercial property role, within the UK arm of a multibillion turnover global business?
Reporting into the Head of Legal, you will join the property team & hit the ground running on matters such as:
· Acquisitions and disposals;
· Advising on option and pre-emption agreements;
· Advising on Landlord & Tenant matters; and
· Liaising with Environmental and Planning colleagues
The opportunity is appropriate for are a private practice lawyer, seeking a first move in house, seeking a high degree of autonomy, but within a supportive team. The opportunity is also appropriate for those already working in-house and seeking more exposure in a fast paced sector. You will be working on some very niche areas of property law, so it is key that you are willing & able to pick up on new areas.
The base salary is very competitive, there is a generous car allowance and a reliable 10% discretionary bonus and pension.
The business is operating a hybrid working policy, so some office contact is required in the West Midlands office.
