This real estate investor and asset manager has established its portfolio across the UK and partners with other leading real estate companies on the various ventures. Their portfolio is diversified across most asset classes, including commercial, hospitality, retail, industrial and mixed-use. Having completed a number of recent acquisitions they are continuing to seek out additional investment opportunities to add to their portfolio.

Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Director, you'll look after all aspects of accounting, financial reporting and management of the various audit processes for the portfolio of assets and provide crucial financial support to the business. In addition, this role will also manage the accounts payable and banking teams for the whole Group, to ensure the effective and efficient running of those functions.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a sound technical accounting knowledge from completing your ACA, ACCA or CIMA accounting qualification. Ideally experience of working in a small to medium sized business to comprehend the full reporting process as well as ideally demonstrating your exposure to various property investment/asset management projects. Strong project management skills to own the audit process and natural leadership qualities will show your ability to take on this senior position.
