Here at our Davidstow site where you'll be based, we manufacture and produce our Cathedral City and Davidstow cheddar ranges also, Whey and GOS which is short for Galacto–oligosaccharides!

Whereas our other sites manufacture and produce other well–known brands such as Clover & Frylight

HOW YOU WILL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER

• Developing project pipelines looking 1–3 years in advance.
• Collaborating with in–house teams comprising of R&D/NPD, technical, engineering, Health & Safety, end users, business systems and logistics.
• Preparing of CAPEX costs and submission of CAPEX request.
• Managing of equipment tendering process. Working closely with procurement team to ensure competitive and robust tendering process.
• Managing the delivery of simultaneous projects on site; Design, manufacture, factory test, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, and handing over to operations

YOU ARE BEST SUITED FOR THE ROLE IF YOU HAVE ?

• A degree within Engineering is preferred
• Experienced in managing a portfolio of projects having a combined value of GBP1.5–2.0m
• Prince 2, APMP qualification – desired but essential.
• Logical thinking with creative problem–solving with the ability to present ideas in a practical and pragmatic style.
• Project lifestyle experience.
• FMCG background is desirable.
