The role
As a Senior Technology Business Analyst you will be working for the Strategic Change team who are accountable for empowering colleagues across the organisation to deliver on Change initiatives.
The responsibilities
- Bring standard practices for delivering business analysis within the Change Programme and across the Strategic Change team
- Document the current state practices and processes
- Deliver design proposals and options to solve the pain points experienced by change practitioners (functional, data, processes, controls, metrics, tools, governance, outputs)
- Liaise with stakeholders across the business including Technology to deliver fit–for–purpose solutions
Essential experience
- Proven experience in data analysis, including SQL data queries and data interrogation
- Data modelling experience
- Proficiency in business process modelling
- Experience with Finance processes –Product Control and Financial Control
