Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join a manufacturer company based in Salisbury.

This is a full time 37.5 hours per week, hybrid permanent position. Working hours are between 8:30am – 18:00pm.

Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join a manufacturer company based in Salisbury.
Responsibilities as a Project Manager:
- Ensure an extensive feasibility study is conducted on each new project to establish whether the R&D department can meet the product quality, timing, and cost targets
- Present findings to senior team members and working with the research and development team to compile a product design specification
- Oversee third–party design partners to ensure quality, cost and timing goals are met
- Agree timings for the project plan with Senior managers and departments
- Work with the Senior PM to formulate project plan for research and development tasks
- Work with project stakeholders in manufacturing engineering and QA to ensure design criteria are met
- Attend Cross–functional NPD meeting and departmental project meetings
Requirements:
- Experience in Project Management
- Has experience in third–party management skills in engineering application
- Degree qualified in an engineering subject, ideally electronics
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Project, issue management/ tracking and reporting
- Strong technical knowledge
