As the Finance Manager, you will have full oversight of the business whilst managing a team of 3 across AP, AR and Stock. This will suit a qualified accountant with both management and financial accounting experience who is looking to step up in to a managerial position which offers lots of autonomy.

Description
- Overseeing and producing timely and accurate management information for the business, running the month end process including relevant Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Managing a team of 3 across AP, AR and Stock
- Revenue analysis and production of KPI reports
- Reporting of cost of sales, salaries and overheads, including review with Department Heads.
- Assist with the preparation of departmental budgets and performance measurement against those budgets
- Preparation of weekly Cashflow statements and forecasts
- Financial analysis of business information for statutory and budgeting purposes
- Assist with the preparation of statutory Financial Accounts
- VAT returns for all VAT entities
Profile
- Accountancy Qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage priorities whilst delivering against tight deadlines
- The ability to explain complex financial information to finance and non-finance stakeholders
- A motivational team leader
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence at all levels
