I am currently working with an excellent regional business who have a fantastic opportunity for a project manager to take a new scheme which starts in April 2023 and runs for circa 18 months. This is a design and build scheme and the project value is circa 10m.

The project is fairly traditional and circa 75 bed care scheme. You will report to a visiting contracts manager and be responsible from procurement stages through to delivery and handover to the end user. Ideally you will have experience delivering other multi bed schemes for other main contractors and experience within the assisted living sector would be an advantage.

Requirements

• CSCS
• SMSTS
• First Aid
• Ability to short / medium term programme (Asta)
• Previous multi bed accommodation experience
