Business Change Manager – London, 6–Months contract, up to GBP425/day inside IR35!

My Client, one of the top best universities in the UK, is looking for a Business Change Manager.

Requirements:

• Change management experience.
• Understanding of business change management principles and processes.
• Experience in planning and delivering change management activities.
• Experience in working on multiple concurrent projects with strong prioritisation skills.
• Experience in organisational design or organisational change.

Daily responsibilities:

• Identify and engage key stakeholders.
• Understand business priorities and their impact.
• Develop and deliver effective multi–channel communication to stakeholder groups.
• Co–ordinate effective and engaging training delivery.
• Deliver Change Management support according to the established standards and guidelines.
