Are you a Business Change Manager looking for an opportunity to maintain the standards for change management across transformation and BAU, for a FTSE 100 Global business?

In this role the Business Change Manager work will be critical from the inception of initiatives, all the way through to delivery and benefits realisation, by maintaining consistency and best practice standards in change management.

The Business Change Manager will be responsible for:

• Change Management Leadership and Delivery
• Business Case and Benefits Identification
• Change Management Planning and Impact Analysis
• Change Management Deliverables
• Business Readiness and Adoption Management
• Stakeholder Engagement and Management
• Change Management Risk and Issue Management
• Change Management Guidance and Support

This organisation are looking for a Business Change Manager who has worked in a complex, fast moving, and often unstructured environment who can cope with ambiguity and change. Resilience, and the ability to manage difficult Stakeholders is key to be successful in the role.
