Job Purpose:

Partnering with senior stakeholders within your Client, the Recruitment Business Partner will be a key point of contact for the Client, advising on best practice recruitment whilst managing the end to end recruitment process. The role demands confidence and initiative to develop strong management within the account and challenge certain behaviours in order to deliver successful recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and be responsible for the end to end recruitment process within your client with a focus on exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience
  • Working alongside HR Business Partners, understand and advise on your client's people plan and develop appropriate resourcing strategies in line with this
  • Understand and advise on the employee value proposition for your client and be responsible for how this is effectively communicated to the external market
  • Promote the employer brand through recruitment activities including job fares, networking events, LinkedIn and broader social media as appropriate
  • Advise client group on assessment techniques suitable for the role(s) and support the delivery of these where required e.g. face to face interview support
  • Keep up to date with market best practices in recruitment
  • Keep up to date with current employment legislation and ensure that recruitment policies and processes are amended accordingly
  • Initial point of escalation for any issues and manage these through to resolution effectively
  • Manage the engagement, relationship and performance of 3rd party agency partners working with Supply Chain Management Team as appropriate
  • Analyse, interpret and present management information back to the client, identifying trends and using it to focus future activity
  • Input into the creation and development of a strategic account management plan for your client
  • Execute on the tasks / actions agreed within the strategic account plan and maintain the document as a live version
  • Maintain regular contact with department heads and directors as per your stakeholder plan
  • Accurately forecast anticipated revenue from your client, highlighting any risks to your Line Manager
  • Attendance at client review meetings as required
  • Lead by example and ensure the Curve Quest and Values are demonstrated within the team; Create Relationships, Realise Ambitions, Be Passionate, Explore Possibilities.
  • Additional responsibilities as and when required

Knowledge/Experience:

  • Experience of overseeing end–to–end recruitment processes within an in–house or RPO environment
  • Experience of delivering both high volume and professional/technical recruitment
  • Experience of utilising a variety of different attraction and sourcing techniques
  • Experience of business partnering senior stakeholders up to ExCo/Director level
  • A proven understanding of what it takes to build strong relationships with key stakeholders whilst challenging and influencing their thinking and actions
  • Demonstrable experience of overcoming difficulties and solving problems
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Word, Powerpoint and Excel
  • Knowledge of the relevant sector/industry of the client
