Dispute Resolution Law Partner

Central Employment is pleased to be working with a leading SME company within the legal sector, they specialise in commercial and property law. There currently looking for a Dispute Resolution Partner to join their company based in Newcastle.

Purpose of the Partner Dispute Resolution:

The purpose of Partner Dispute Resolution is to work on a wide range of commercial litigation matters including complex contractual disputes, property disputes, and professional negligence claims.

Key Responsibilities:

• They will be working with a wide range of clients including directors, partners, companies, LLPs, banks, and finance institutions
• Expand Knowledge of contract law, CPR, Companies Act, Director's duties, and Insolvency Act
• To Resolve Disputes regarding legal matters.

Essential Experience:

• A good billing history;
• In–depth knowledge of the multi–track
• Ability to manage junior fee earners; and
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines
• Qualified solicitor
• 7+ years PQE within a busy Dispute Resolution and/or Restructuring & Insolvencydepartment.
