Financial Controller

Our client is a global leader in their field, currently recruiting for a Financial Controller to join their Senior Leadership Team in a key role to be based in Weymouth, Dorset.

What will the role involve?

• Providing business partnering support to the wider team in order to deliver strategic and operational objectives;
• Developing other members of the finance team and managing all aspects of finance. This will include regulatory and financial reporting, cash flow forecasting, cash management, all ledgers, project accounting and FP&A;
• Continual review and development of internal controls, policies and processes;
• Monitoring financial controls and KPIs, whilst ensuring robust cost control;
• Managing annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting, working closely with all department heads to ensure a full understanding of their budgets.

Suitable Candidate:

• A qualified Financial Controller with strong leadership skills;
• Strong analytical skills and a commercial mind–set;
• A proven track record of continuous improvement.
