This role has the potential to develop into a Chief People Officer position in the future. You would be responsible for all HR aspects of the company, from recruitment, to people management, embedding change, ensuring that the company values are intrinsic to everyone, supporting with any mental health and Employee Relations issues. The role would be based in stunning central Edinburgh offices, with hybrid working an option. You would also be responsible for all HR issues in the other company locations, in London and Bristol.Reward packages are highly competitive.
