Job Title: HR Business Specialist

Salary: GBP400–500 (inside IR35)

Location: Swindon, hybrid working

The Company

My client, a leading research organisation are currently looking for a HR Business Specialist/Partner to work on a new project which is working to modernise and harmonise the HR, Accounting, Reporting, and Procurement services across the business and its shared services provider by implementing efficient, seamless, integrated end–to–end processes and a new cloud–based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

Requirements

• Partner with designated business areas, rapidly build relationships at all levels to gain a strong understanding of the existing jobs and new position framework required, while judiciously challenging the status quo.
• Define and agree worker positions and associated HR attributes within each business area.
• Interface with other programme work–streams (e.g. HR, finance, payroll, procurement, help desk, reporting) to ensure processes and information are integrated with the expectations of the business.
• Work to harmonise positions across areas of the business where commonality exists.

• Strong Knowledge of Job Architecture
• Excellent stakeholder skills
