Central Employment is pleased to be working with a leading SME company within the legal sector, they specialise in commercial and property law. There currently looking for a Commercial Property Partner to join their company based in Newcastle Upon Tyne.

Purpose of the Commercial Property Partner

The purpose of the Commercial Property Partner is to assist the Partner in leading the Real Estate – Commercial Property Department, oversee the staff working within the department, and deal with a wide range of matters including development work, property finance, landlord and tenant work,

Key Responsibilities:

• The sale, purchase, and lease of land or property.
• Development, infrastructure, and planning projects.
• Property finance and investment.
• Leasehold management.
• Landlord and tenant disputes.
• Regeneration projects.
• The drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of contracts.
• Mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and disposals.
• Property litigation.

Essential Experience:

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:• Qualified solicitor;• 7+ years PQE within a commercial property department.
