Finance Manager Manchester City Centre (Hybrid) GBP60,000 – GBP65,000 plus bonus, 25 days holiday, enhanced pension, staff discount, other excellent benefits Retail & e–commerce

The business is young, dynamic, privately owned and growing at a rapid rate in both domestic and international markets, it will be a rollercoaster over the next few years, but a good one. What you will get in return: Development, mentorship and coaching from one of the region's best young FDs, with an amazing commercial edge. Full ownership over the mainstream finance function with a broad role from commercial finance through to owning of the audit relationship.
Key responsibilities
Management of a small finance team
FP&A forecasting including cashflow and long–term working capital requirements
Production of the monthly management accounts, and year end accounts
Budget production and monthly management cross–functionally
Accounts payable, credit control (wholesale) and banking
Cashflow and treasury
Getting the businesses accounts and processes 'audit ready'
Ad hoc insight support to non–finance teams
Person profile
ICAEW/ACCA qualified, ideally from a recognised practice but other relevant qualified profiles will be considered outside of this
Experience from an e–commerce or consumer environment essential
International business experience desire
Demonstrable experience of adding value, problem solving and enabling business growth
Confident communicator both with non–finance internal and external stakeholders
First class communication skills and ability to manage, coach and develop a team
Strong systems, FP&A and Excel skills
Package
