The People Excellence Partner role will add value, challenge, disrupt and be of a commercial mind–set and approach, thinking about the broader business impact. This role is responsible for the delivery of high quality and innovative digital development initiatives and must have knowledge of current learning theory, learning trends and design methodologies.

What we are looking for

  • Working with the UKI and EMEA Selling & Service Excellence function, design and deliver the next phase of the Sales Development programme which includes leadership as well as commercial skills.
  • Develop in–house capability and portfolio with a particular focus on sales, service and value–added service solutions.
  • Ensure the programme is high quality, embraces blended learning, digital technology, and future thinking around L&D methodologies.
  • Provide ad–hoc support, and consultation of overall career / professional / personal development.
  • Supporting managers with any specific L&D interventions such as team building.
  • Designing scalable L&D solutions that can be replicated across EMEA.
  • Working with external providers, as necessary.

A bit about you

  • High degree of competence in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Successful track record within Learning & Development – working across the full training life cycle from training needs analysis to delivery and evaluation.
  • Experienced in the design and delivery of leadership & development solutions
  • Internal stakeholder management capability.
  • Digitally savvy with an understanding of learning technologies.
  • Successful track record of project management.
  • Experience of delivering salesforce CRM training would be desirable
  • Commercial acumen.
  • Digital and blended learning approaches.
  • Future thinking around L&D methodologies.
