Job Description

The Financial Controller will be responsible for:

• Managing, supporting and developing a team of five
• Business partnering with senior stakeholders within the Group
• Preparation of monthly management accounts and annual Group reporting pack
• Annual budgeting and preparation of quarterly P&L forecasts
• Statutory reporting and liaising with the auditors
• Responsibility for local aspects of financial control
• Local responsibility for management of cash flow and working capital
• Responsibility for local tax matters
• Assist with risk management, including identification, quantification and mitigation of risks
• Responsibility for control of stock counts process

The Successful Applicant

The successful Financial Controller will be fully ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with previous manufacturing industry experience. They will be commercially minded and able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels as well as a proven people manager.
