If so, we've a fantastic opportunity within our Construction business for an ambitions and talented Project Manager to join us in Thames Valley!

About the Role

Joining our existing team of passionate and dedicated managers, you'll report to our Operations Director or Contracts manager and successfully manage and deliver from conception through to completion, delivering work that meets project requirements, customer satisfaction and in accordance with Morgan Sindall standards, whilst ensuring Perfect Delivery is achieved. The role involves working closely with the preconstruction teams contributing from an operational perspective resulting in robust and fully considered tender submission that enables the best possible delivery on site.

About You

With a proven and successful track record in a Project Manager role, you'll be educated to degree or HNC/HND level in a relevant technical discipline, together with experience of working and managing contractors within complex construction projects. Have sound understanding and experience in the unwavering application of safety legislation, you'll have a strong commercial awareness and acumen, along with excellent management skills, motivating colleagues to work cohesively as a high performing team achieving and striving for the highest standards. Ideally, you'll have worked on Educational, Healthcare, Leisure, multi room, Defence and life science schemes between GBP20 and GBP40 million.

A full UK driving licence is essential.

About Us

Morgan Sindall provides national construction services to private and public sector customers across a comprehensive range of markets. We aim to create great results for our customers, partners and ourselves.

The Thames Valley office covers the M40 / M4 corridor and was created in 2015 to capitalise on our partnership arrangement with Slough Council. The team has grown in 2016 from 7 to over 70 people and is focused on early stage procurement to create efficient solutions for customers. Our focus is on public buildings and with an extensive local authority and university pipeline.
