Interim Senior Financial Reporting Manager

This Leicestershire business is a renowned brand that has seen tremendous success in recent years.

They are looking to recruit a Senior Interim Financial Reporting Manager. This is a fixed–term contract position for six months. This position can be performed mostly remotely ideally with one day a week working from their offices.

You will report to the Group Financial Controller and be part of the senior leadership team. You will lead and engage the financial reporting team. You can manage the external audit relationship, review financial statements and accounts and ensure that the balance sheet is well–controlled and understood with a robust reconciliation process. You will also ensure that any new accounting standards are implemented efficiently.

You will be a Qualified Accountant with post–qualification experience. Ideally, your technical finance background will include experience working within large organisations. You will have excellent leadership skills and the ability to coach and develop teams. Strong stakeholder management skills are also essential.
