An opportunity exists for a Project Manager to join a new division of an established London based main contractor that will focus on the delivery of projects ranging from 5–15m.

The portfolio of project being delivered will be primarily be New Build and Structural Refurbishments and will be a mix of Traditional Build, Steel Frame and RC Frame so the client is looking or a Project Manager who is comfortable delivering a variety of projects.

With the current core focus of work in London and the South East via a mix of repeat clients and competitive tendering the client is looking for a Project Manager who is comfortable in a client facing role.

This is a great long term opportunity as it is a key appointment within the division and will see you working closely with the Divisional Director.

On offer for this Project Manager position is a salary guide of 70,000 – 80,000 p.a. plus benefits.
