About the team
Operate Digital is the central function that creates and runs technology. We also transform the way our clients use technology in delivering assets to our clients across a wide range of business processes. Working with industry leading, alliance partners across architecture, development, and multiple other technologies, we interact with all technology platforms and provide tangible technology delivery at scale.

Skills and Experience

• Demonstrable experience leading multiple product teams and working with UX and Development partners.

• Experience with Digital Transformation and/or Managed Service Product Development.

• Product Portfolio Governance, setting the Vision, Mission and Strategy for product team success and ensuring your teams are following best practice at all times.

• Financial management in relation to product commercialisation, investment and cost controls.

• Innovation leadership by mentoring and empowering teams in product ideation, design thinking, market analysis and research.

The Role

As our Head of Product for Digital Transformation and Managed Service you will lead multiple product teams to drive the creation, development and innovation of a portfolio of Workflow and Automation related Products and Digital Platforms.

You will work to promote your products across all levels of Stakeholders across the Firm including Partners, Directors and Senior Management and Clients. Creating and owning pipelines of demand across the portfolio and leading your product teams to realise our revenue, ROI, efficiency and cost saving benefits.

Empowering your teams and stakeholders through strategic product governance you will work with cross functional teams throughout the Firm to drive your portfolio forward liaising with UX, Finance, Sales, Engineering, Research to ensure strategic objectives are met.

You will lead the way in collaboration and driving alignment with the wider PwC product community in strategy, processes and tooling.

Leading by example you look outward to markets, research and other opportunities in order to collaborate, mentor and foster innovation with your Product Teams to ensure we stay at the leading edge of technology.
