I am exclusively working in partnership with my client to recruit an operational – commercially minded Finance Manager. The role will report directly to the Managing Director, and you will be a key member of the senior leadership team in the UK and liaise with finance stakeholders of the parent company.

A great role for a Finance Manager who enjoys undertaking a breadth of duties in an established manufacturing business.

About the job:

• Lead and manage the small tenured motivated finance team.
• Prepare monthly management accounts & commentary
• Monitor and maintain monthly and quarterly KPI and performance information by department.
• Cashflow forecasting & reporting.
• Produce sales/ margin commercial forecasts to aid commercial business decisions.
• Support production of year–end statutory accounts and management of the year–end audit
• Lead the annual budgeting and planning process.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, HMRC and government requirements.
• Payroll and expenses management
• Contribute to strategic planning.
